A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Otto earned his Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2010.
His legal training in Puerto Rico’s civil law tradition gave him a foundation few Texas litigators share — one that shapes how he analyzes liability and builds a case.
Otto began his career as a civil litigation attorney in Puerto Rico in 2011, gaining extensive courtroom experience in both state and federal courts. In 2018 he relocated to Austin, was admitted to the Texas bar in 2019, and joined Dang Law Group in 2021.
As an Austin personal injury attorney, Otto handles motor vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, construction and workplace injuries, and insurance bad faith claims.
