Born and raised in Austin, Marina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Health Communication.
She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2023, where she served as Senior Associate Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and earned a place on the Dean’s List.
Marina’s path to law began at the Texas State Capitol, where she worked in politics after graduating from Texas State University — experience that gave her a firsthand understanding of how laws are made and how they affect everyday Texans. After law school, she began her career as an attorney at Lorenz & Lorenz before joining Dang Law Group in February 2025.
