Raised in Houston, Loc earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 before pursuing his legal education at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2004.
His years in both Texas and California shaped an early understanding of the diverse communities he would go on to serve — and of how often language and immigration status stand between injured people and the help they need.
Loc began his legal career in California in 2008, focusing on personal injury and immigration law.
